I love Father’s Day because I get to see my father happy. On my birthday, I love my father because he always gives me gifts. On Father’s Day, I get to buy stuff for my father because he’s the greatest!
When my Dad’s happy, I know that everything is fine. I like seeing my Dad happy because he’s my father and he should always be happy. On Father’s Day, I even like seeing his funny smile. Dad likes to play a game that looks like he’s mad but when he lifts his hand from his chin to his eyebrows, I see a loving smile that gives you no choice but to laugh.
I love my father because on my birthday he always surprises me and always makes me happy. Who’s to say I can’t make my Dad happy and even more?
That reminds me of a special gift that my loving dad gave me. It’s called “Little Shops of Horror.” It is a great movie because it’s about a talking plant that lives on blood. My Dad and I both like those kinds of movies. I love that he always gives me great gifts and Father’s Day is a time to repay him.
I like Father’s Day because I like buying funny gifts for my father like a can of peanuts with fake pop out snakes or a chicken that’s fake and if you hold it by its head it will twist and turn until it is loose and run until you get tired. I thought it was a great gift because my Dad needs to run off some of his weight and what better way to do that than with a funny chicken.
My Dad always takes care of me, tucks me in bed at night, and says and shows he loves me. He never, ever, ever takes his word back. I love Father’s Day because my Dad is the greatest!
