Grandpa is Dad in My Life

The dad in my life is my grandpa. He is spontaneous, hilarious and has an awesome personality. Father's Day means recognizing him for all his hard work and because he's such an incredible person.

My grandpa loves to be spontaneous. One day, right after breakfast, he yelled, "Everyone get into the car. We're going to Rapids Water Park!" We could not believe our ears. It was a school day! Whoopee! My grandpa always has the greatest ideas.

Our road trips are never boring, because my grandpa Roberto is such a comedian. He tells the most hilarious jokes. He can even make impersonations! He always has us roaring with laughter. I especially like when he pretends to be Bozo the Clown.

Finally, my grandpa is just the kindest person in the whole universe. He always buys me my favorite ice-cream, banana split topped with chocolate syrup. Sometimes, he treats the neighborhood kids as well.

My grandpa is my DAD! Without him in my life, Father's Day would have no meaning. I love my grandpa Roberto! Happy Father’s Day!
